5.1 Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent.

5.2 Required Information for Counter-Notice

Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which PPCine may be found
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

PPCine has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. PPCine may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the application and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

PPCine does not control or monitor content accessed through the application. Content is provided by third-party sources, and PPCine cannot guarantee the legality or copyright status of such content.

7.2 User Responsibility

PPCine qualifies for safe harbor protection under the DMCA as it does not host or store copyrighted content and acts solely as a conduit for accessing third-party content.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, PPCine will:

• Review the notice for completeness and validity
• Investigate the claim to the extent possible
• Take appropriate action if the claim is valid
• Notify the affected parties as required by law

9.2 Response Time

PPCine will respond to valid DMCA notices within 72 hours of receipt. Complex cases may require additional time for investigation.
